Nothing like HARD THINGS right? Well, welcome to life. They will be as hard or as easy as you want to make them. Whenever I take on a new client, I always have them go out and buy an EASY Button from Staples. We tend to always think things are HARD which when you realize how powerful your thoughts are, you realize you are making them harder than they need to be. The phrase from a very famous movie called Princess Bride says, "As you wish." That's the first thing I think of when people say life is hard. Now I am not going to sugar coat that fact that life has a way of throwing some serious curve balls but it's important to watch what you think, more importantly what you believe because you will manifest what you believe. As my father used to say to me all the time when I was young, "Whether you think your are right or whether you think you are wrong, you are right." You are stronger than you think you are so don't give up..... pick yourself up and keep going.
So with all that being said, when life deals you some difficult challenges, what do you do? Well, I'll tell you what I do. I first take a BIG DEEP BREATHE and then say to myself, 'what is it that I need to learn from this?' Not always is there an immediate answer to that question but it gets my little pea brain working to find an answer. I keep myself open to learning and to be taught from those around me but most importantly God's almighty wisdom. I also remind myself that everything happens for a reason and is part of the process of progression so learning to TRUST the process has given me great relief in times of tumultuous waters.
