Creating the life of your dreams requires being willing to take the very first step!
I'm not going to lie, I am not the type of person to jump for joy when I think of change but in reality we are always changing and evolving. I had a great conversation with someone last night about this very subject. The minute you can accept that life is full of changes it's just a matter of how you choose to see it or deal with that change will determine whether you continue to stay stuck or you thrive in your life. Over the last 7 years, I have come to embrace change. Yes, it's challenging at times but lean into it, relax and breathe through it. It gets easier the more you practice the acceptance of what is. I look at it as a new adventure and challenge. Doesn't matter who you are, no one is immune to trying times. GET UP, DECIDE TO SHOW UP and START LIVING UP to your potential. Realize you are IMPORTANT. You deserve to be happy and to feel free to be you. Nothing wrong with being human, of which by the way, is SOOO NORMAL! Life is never a straight line, rather we are constantly readjusting our course, having new ways of thinking, new ideas and implementing new habits. It's important to figure out what works for you.
I had a client last year that came to me and wanted to do every single thing I did from the foods I ate to the way I prepared my meals to the structure of my days and one day as she expressed some frustration of trying to keep up I told her, "You don't have to do things like I do. Figure out what works for you!" Are there basic principles to healthy living, YES, but it doesn't have to look like exactly what mine does. We are all individual in our needs and desires and have a variety of different aspects of our lives so find your own voice, your own way of doing things and know that just the fact that you are making steps in the right direction, is MILES ahead of most people so you are doing better than you think you are and that is absolutely perfect for you in your journey.
